End of House Settles Causing Large Cracks in Brick Veneer

Synopsis

The foundation under one end of this two-story brick house was founded on uncompacted fill while the other end was founded on hard virgin soil. Differential settlement caused the brick veneer on the front and rear elevations to crack from foundation to roof.
