The corner of the house has settled about 5/8" causing the step crack. The steel jackpost is rusting badly. Additional support has been installed to take springiness out of the floor. This works but is not a permanent repair.

Joist has been cut to make room for plumbing line The joists and girders are rotted due to the crawlspace not being vented properly. Cellar wall is cracked and bowed in 1½" due to exterior earth pressure. The wall has failed and now needs to be braced against further movement.

Roof truss chord is broken and has not been repaired properly. Damage probably occurred when the truss was installed. Diagonal crack at the corner of the door frame indicates that supports under the bearing wall have displaced downward. Water on the bathroom floor has caused severe rotting of plywood sheathing and joist.
